About The Massachusetts Bay Constables Association
PURPOSE: To
advance the administration of justice and the promotion of social welfare
through the study of the methods of and the enhancement of the proper
performance of the service and enforcement of the state, municipal and
judicial processes: to prepare, train, inform, and educate persons for
public service including the rendering of emergency and disaster assistance
to appropriate state and municipal authorities; and to promote the historical
study of the roles of the constable in American legal and social history;
all as a non-profit educational and civic service organization.
